Certified for Mold

Since 2002, GPX has provided employees trained and certified by the Indoor Air Quality Association, now administrated by the American Indoor Air Quality Council (AmIAQC). The AmIAQC offers accredited, board-awarded certifications in five disciplines related to indoor air quality. Certifications at GPX include a Council-certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor.



Certified for Asbestos

Since 1984, GPX has maintained employees Certified and Licensed to abate Asbestos through its subsidiary Companies, most notably American Asbestos Control Company. We currently hold Asbestos Contractor Licences in many states. Please contact us to see if we are in your state. Training and Certifications are performed to EPA guidelines.

We also have Building Inspector and Management Planner and Project Designers on Staff.


Certified for Lead Abatement

As early as 1984, GPX has provided employees who are Certified and Licensed for Lead Abatement through its subsidiary Companies, most notably American Asbestos Control Company. Training and Certifications are performed to EPA guidelines.



Pennsylvania Licence

GPX's Home Improvement Contractor License is PA047164. It can be verified by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection by calling toll-free within Pennsylvania 1-888-520-6680. Registration does not imply endorsement.



EPA Renovation, Repair, and/or Painting

Beginning April 2010, federal law requires that contractors that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and schools, built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. GPX’s certification number is NAT-36363-1
