Certified for Mold
Since 2002, GPX has provided employees trained and certified by the Indoor Air Quality Association, now administrated by the American Indoor Air Quality Council (AmIAQC).
The AmIAQC offers accredited, board-awarded certifications in five disciplines related to indoor air quality.
Certifications at GPX include a Council-certified
Microbial Remediation Supervisor.

Since 1984, GPX has maintained employees Certified and Licensed to abate Asbestos through its subsidiary Companies, most notably American Asbestos Control Company. We currently hold Asbestos Contractor Licences in many states. Please contact us to see if we are in your state. Training and Certifications are performed to EPA guidelines.
We also have Building Inspector and Management Planner and Project Designers on Staff.

EPA Renovation, Repair, and/or Painting
Beginning April 2010, federal law requires that contractors that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and schools, built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. GPX’s certification number is NAT-36363-1
